Schedule a Report
To create a new report schedule:
1. Go to the Agent tab of the Query Builder. See Scheduling a Report: Introduction.
2. Select from the toolbar to create a new job for a scheduled report. The wizard will launch.
3. Select Report - select the report to schedule.
Wizard Steps - lists the steps of the wizard. Click on each step, or follow the wizard by clicking Next on the bottom of each page.
Report Folders - select the folder of the report that is being scheduled. Select All Reports if the folder is not known.
Reports - select the report to schedule. Choose the criteria set from the Query column if there are multiple criteria for the report.
Click Next.
3. Criteria - The criteria that was selected with the report may be edited. Select Edit on the toolbar to view or modify the criteria.
The criteria for a scheduled report should not have prompts.
Click Next.
4. Report Options - Select the report options if applicable.
Click Next.
5. Sorting - Select a data sort, if applicable on the report.
Click Next.
6. Schedule - Select a schedule for the intervals that the report will run, or create a new schedule. See Create a Report Job Schedule.
Click Next.
7. Options - Select what the report will do at the scheduled time. See Report Schedule Job Options.
Click Save.
