Security Functions
The following security functions may be defined per system user. Please discuss with your DDC Account Manager to set any of them up if applicable.

| Query Builder | |
| QueryBuilder.AdminSecurityGroups | Gives
the user Query Builder Admin rights to set which security groups
will be available on a report.

| Record.Accounts | Gives
the user access to Account Security Groups. Accounts can be assigned
account security groups on the Demographics
> Account page.
Enter the letters of the groups that each user has permission to view. If a user has access to all groups, the user does not need this security record, or it can be set up with all letters. See Query Builder Security. |

Record.Financials.Category |
Gives
the user access financial categories.
Enter the letters of the financial category groups the user has permission to view. See Financial Categories & Query Builder Security. |

Record.Notes
|
Gives
users access to Notes Types. Enter the letters of the note type
categories the user has permission to view.
