Directories

Directories enable navigation within a subset of accounts without searching for them. When working with a few accounts simultaneously, the directory allows for easy navigation between them.

The Directory panel is typically displayed on the left system panel of the system homescreen.

 

 

 

  • Select a directory from the dropdown.

    •  The directory Account History contains a list of all accounts accessed by the user for that session. When a user logs out of the system, the Account History will be cleared out if it is not saved.

    • New directories can be created from search results .

  • Select save to save the directory. The list of all accounts in it will be accessible the next time the user logs in.

  • Select delete directory to remove the list of accounts.

  • Select an account in the directory to load it.

  • Navigate through the accounts in the directory by using the navigation arrows.

  • Select add to directory to add the current account being viewed in the system to the current directory.

  • Select remove from directory to remove the current account from the directory.
