Expanding and Collapsing Rows on a Grid
The grids in 360° may sometimes display multiple levels of data, and the rows may be expanded to display all levels, or collapsed to only display the top level.
Some grids that commonly contain multiple levels include the Search display, Addresses, and Tributes.
- Expand a selected row by clicking on the expand icon on the left of the row.
- Collapse a selected row by clicking on the collapse icon the left of the row.
- Expand All rows by clicking the View option on the grid's toolbar and selecting Expand All.
- Collapse All rows by clicking on the View option on the grid's toolbar and selecting Collapse All.
The default expanding behavior of the grid may be set. From the grid's View option, select Auto-Expand.
- Collapse - The grid will display all the rows collapsed.
- Expand Top Level - The top level rows will be expanded, but if there are additional levels, they will be collapsed.
- Expand All - All levels and rows will be expanded.
NOTE:
To save the grid changes, the grid layout must be saved. If the grid layout is not saved, the adjustments will be in effect only while the form stays opened. |
