Sorting Columns

The rows in a grid may be sorted, such as by dates, alphabetically or in numeric order.

 

1. Click on the column header of the column by which to sort

 

2. An arrow will display indicating if the column is sorted in ascending (up arrow), or descending (down arrow) order.

 

3. To sort by multiple columns, press the shift key and click on the next column to sort.

 

4. Click on another column to change the column by which to sort.
