Filters
There are two filters that are potentially available for teachers when grading by class. The first filter allows them to select a specific term year; the second allows them to select a specific class (if they have multiple classes).

Note The term year drop-down filter ONLY appears if the GradingAllow feature is enabled for this user in 360. See DNN Roles.

For example, the teacher in the screenshot below has selected term year “2012-2013” and of the classes enrolled in that term year, “AP Calculus 11/A.” Thus, the screen has updated to only show students enrolled in 2012-2013 AP Calculus 11/A.

Note If you log into the system as an Administrator or other non-teacher role, you will see an additional filter containing teachers’ names. Here, you can view all teachers, or select a specific teacher from the drop-down list, and then choose from a list of their classes.

If you make any changes to the Grading By Class screen, don’t
forget to click the 
button
or your changes will be lost.
