Role Feature Roles

Assign a Role Feature Type to a person or Role Defines the permission access that a user of the portal may have. Examples of Role Types include Admin, Principal, Office, Nurse, Guidance Counselor, Head of School, etc. Users are assigned a role which determines their access. Each role type may be set with different features and settings and permissions. See Assigning Roles for details.

 

 

 

Field	Description
Feature Type Code	Select the Role Feature Type that is being given to a role or person.
Role Type Code	To assign the feature type to a whole role group, enter the role type. All users belonging to that role will receive the feature.
Person	To assign the feature type to an individual person, search for, and select the person.
