Registration Pre-Requisites
The following pre-requisites are needed in order to use online registration:

A Parent Portal with the Online Registration feature

At least one parent per account must have an email address in 360° under an address linked to their name. The email will be used for registering on the portal.

A tuition contract must be created in 360° for the term for which they are registering.

Contract charge codes must be set up properly in order to display on the portal. Please work with your DDC Account Manager to confirm the charges on the portal.

If you will be accepting registration payments via ACH:
- You will need an account set up through Fidelity Payment Services. DDC will need your ACH account's merchant, location, store id, and store key.
- Discuss with Fidelity any limitations on amounts or number of transactions. You will need a very high limit to accommodate all parents registering in the same limited time frame.
- If you will be accepting registration payments via Credit Cards:
- You will need an account set with Authorize .Net. DDC will need your Authorize .Net account's merchant name and transaction key.
The following general settings should be set up before using online registration:
- Email address for parents to contact if requiring assistance with the registration can be set up in Tools > Options Setup > Global Settings> Student Options> Web Registration > Help Email Address.
- Phone number for parents to contact if requiring assistance with the registration can be set up in Tools > Options Setup > Global Settings> Student Options> Web Registration > Help Phone.
- Text of the email parents will receive upon completing the registration can be set up in Tools > Options Setup > Global Settings> Student Options> Web Registration > Confirmation Email Text.
- Example:Thank you for completing the {SCHOOL} online registration process. Attached for your records is a copy of your {TERM} online registration package. Should you have any questions please contact us at (212) 222-2222 or email demo@emailddc.com
- Text of the email parents will receive upon opting to send the registration by mail can be set up in Tools > Options Setup > Global Settings> Student Options> Web Registration > By Mail Confirmation Email Text.
- Example: Thank you for logging in to the {SCHOOL} online registration system. Based on our records you have opted to complete registration by mail. Attached is a PDF copy of your {TERM} registration contract.
