The Pledge Comparison – Dinner report displays campaign prospects’ total pledge, reservations, ads, and raffles for the selected campaign, in addition to previous years’ pledges to compare their donations.

 

Displays: Donor name, address, phone, campaign total pledge for 4 years, ad sizes, reservations, raffle tickets, prospect notes for the selected campaign.

The pledges also display the pledge date and the amount due.

 

Sample Query Criteria: The following criteria will generate a list of all prospects for the campaign of DNRD2013.

 

 

Report Options: Filter the 4 year prompts for the pledge columns.

Filter the data to return options to select the campaign id on the ad, reservation, raffle, and prospect notes columns.
