Attendance Totals by Class & Student

The Attendance Totals by Class - Student prints the total number of attendance infractions per class for each student. For each class included in the query, the students will be listed with the total number of attendance marks and excused marks.

 

Displays: Course name and section, student name, id, up to three attendance infractions (select the attendance codes in report options), and number of excused for each attendance infraction.

 

Sample Query Criteria: The following criteria will print the attendance totals for all classes in term RG2013 and grade 10.

 

 

Report Options:

Select the attendance codes to print in each column.

 

Sorting: The classes sort by grade and class. The students sort within the class in alphabetical order by last name.

There is a report option to group by Student Name instead of by class.
