Attendance by Student Summary

The Attendance by Student Summary lists all the attendance infractions per student per class for a specified date range in a concise format.

 

Displays: Class, student name, id, total number of absences, total number of lateness, and a list of all dates of attendance infractions the students accrued for that class. The attendance code displays after each date, with 01/01/2013A symbolizing an absence for 1/1/2013 for example.

 

Sample Query Criteria: The following criteria will print absences, lateness, and cuts for 12th grade homeroom classes in the date range 05/01/2013 – 05/31/2013.

 

 

 

Sorting: The report sorts by grade and class and by student name within each class.
