The Attendance by Class Student prints the detailed attendance history per class for each student. Each attendance record will print individually with a sub-total per student.

 

Displays: Class name and teacher, student name, date, day of the week, time signed in, time signed out, mark (attendance code), excused, reason, and home phone number.

It also displays a sub-total per student with the totals per each attendance code.

 

Sample Query Criteria: The following criteria will print the attendance details for all classes in term RG2013 and grade 9.

Filter the Attendance criteria to display only the specified attendance details such as only absences.

 

 

Report Options:

Select the attendance codes to print in the sub-totals per student.

 

 

Sorting: The classes sort by grade and class. The students sort within the class in alphabetical order by last name.
