Update Student Dates
Update Report: Public/School/Functions/Update Student Dates
Use: This report updates and inserts records into the Enrollment By Division table. These records reflect when a student began a division and left the division.
The “left date” will only be updated if this update query is run after the term in which the student left. (For example if RG2014 ends on June 18, 2014, to update the graduation date of all students who graduated in RG2014, you must run the Update Student Dates Query after June 18)
1. Select the report under the Query Builder's Public > School > Functions > Update Student Dates.
2. Select Preview
3. Enter the following parameters:
AddUser - select your user name to log who ran the report
4. Click Done
5. When completed, a message "Report Executed Successfully" will display.
