Mass Delete Contracts

Update Report: Public/School/Functions

 

Use: Delete many contracts at once. This is used when contracts were created as a test and now need to be deleted and recreated, or the contracts generated were missing a charge or were set up with the wrong amounts and now need to be redone.

 

1. Select the report under the Query Builder's Public > School > Functions > Mass Delete Contracts.

 

2. Select Preview and enter the following prompts:

  1. Term - select the term of the contracts to delete for all families.

  2. AddUser - select your user id to log.

 

3. Click Done.

 

4. Contracts for the selected term will be deleted.

If the contract was posted, the pledges will be deleted.

If there were payments applied to the pledges that were deleted, the payments will now be unapplied.
