Address Types
Tools > Code Setup > Demographics > Address Information > Address Types
Address Types define the categories of addresses.
| Field Name | Description |
| Address Type | The category of the address. Ex: HOME, WORK, PERSONAL |
| Description | A description of the address type |
| Sort Order | Define the order in which the
addresses will display by default, in ascending order.
It is recommended to set the home address type as 0 and any lesser-used addresses, such as emergency contacts, as higher sorts. |
| Palm Code | N/A |
| Status | Set the status as Active to display in dropdowns on data-entry screens. |
| Is Business | Check off this option if the address type should allow for business-related fields such as company name and occupation. |
