Role Types

A Role Type is a job description which will be used to assign users permissions to portal features. A role type may be an administrator, a nurse, etc. Users will be assigned a role type to define their jobs.
Add a Role Type for each job categorization.
Field | Description |
Code | The title of the role. Ex: ADMIN, PRINCIPAL |
Role Name |
The description of the role. Ex: Administration, Head Principal. |
IsContacts Subgroup |
Selecting this option will display the role in the address book under the portal's communication module. |
Sort | Set the order in which it will display in the dropdowns. They will sort in ascending order, with 0 being first. |
Status | Select Active to display as an option in the dropdowns. |
