Create Tuition Contracts En Masse
Report: Public/School/Registration/Contract-Create Contract
Tuition contracts contain the tuition-related fees for each family for each school term. Contracts are per family and will list all students in the family with a grade for the selected term.
A family must have a tuition contract in 360° in order for to register on the portal.
Contracts can then be posted to the financial module in order to send out statements and collect payments.
To create tuition contracts for all families with students in grades for the selected term:
1. Select the report from the Query Builder's Public > School > Registration > Contract - Create Contract.
Note that this report is under the Reports tab and not Update.
2. Select Preview.
3. Select the Term for which the contracts will be created from the Term ID prompt.
To create contracts for specific accounts only, use the Account # prompt.
4. Select Done to create the contracts.
NOTE
Contracts will not be for an account that already has a contract for the term. The report may be run multiple times and it will only create contracts for those accounts that do not have one for the term. |
