Receivable Totals by Account

The Receivable Totals by Account prints the total amount pledge, paid, due per account for the financial criteria selected.

 

Displays: Account, pledge amount, paid, credit, current due, due, timespan due, comments from the remarks 3 field on the demographics – remarks.

 

Sample Query Criteria: The following criteria will print the total amount for campaign of TUI2012 for all accounts who have a pledge of TUI2012.

Filter the Account Info to select the accounts to print on the report.

Filter the Payments and Pledges TVF to select the pledges to be included for the selected accounts.

 

 

Report Options: Filter the report options ‘data to return’ for financials and phones to include.

 

Sorting: Alphabetical, by name.
