The Deposit Summary report prints deposit totals per deposit number with sub-totals per campaign. The campaign columns are report options which are user-defined.

 

Displays: Deposit number, deposit date, number of payments included in the deposit, total deposit amount, and sub-totals per selected campaign. The last column of ‘Other’ includes the deposit amounts not included in one of the campaign sub-total columns.

 

Sample Query Criteria: The following criteria will print the deposit summary for all payments with a deposit date after 4/28/2013.

 

Report Options:

Select the campaigns for the 6 campaign sub-total columns. The last column will include all payments outside these selected campaigns.
