This report generates a list of students along with the date their report card was last viewed by their parents on the portal, per marking period.

The report query criteria may be set to display only those who have or have not viewed the report cards.

 

 

 

Displays: Student Grade, Student Name, Account Number, Date report card last viewed on portal.

 

Sorting: Per marking period, sorts by grade, and then alphabetically.

 

Sample Query Criteria:

Filter the Term and Marking Period prompts.

Select one the following options for the Date [File Tracking] prompt:

• Date [File Tracking] is set - to display all those who have viewed the report cards on the portal.

• Date [File Tracking] not set - to display all those who have not viewed the report cards on the portal.

• Select the Ignore option to view all - viewed and not viewed.

 

The criteria below will display all those whose report cards were viewed for the marking period of June in term RG2015.
