Mass Email - Test Run by Overriding Recipients

Before sending out a mass email, it is advisable to do a test run.

 

1. Select the report from the Query Builder reports menu. Select Preview to run.

 

2. The preview box will appear with a list of the emails that will be sent. It may take a while to gather all the information.

 

3. Click on the Override Recipients tab.

 

4. Select Override Recipients and enter the recipient(s) to send the email.

 

5. Select Run Test Email.
