Criteria Value Field

The Criteria Value field in the query criteria screen may contain up to 5 tabs, which offers options for entering the criteria value.

1. Select Function - if applicable to the selected field, select a function instead of an actual value. In date fields, available functions would be today, yesterday, etc..

2. Prompts - edit the default prompt name.

3. Fields - lists all the fields in the system (rarely used)

4. Literal - type a value directly into the textbox.

5. Select Lookup Code - select a code from the list of active codes in the system (ex: campaign id).

TIP: To type multiple values in the literal field, the operator may be exactly equals. Type in the list of values separated by a comma (,) and the system will change the operator to is in list.
